Looking forward to seeing the writerlies tomorrow!

Our first 2013 gathering (the year of my cat:) is tomorrow at 7 pm. Check in-boxes for details.

While my 3rd novel's characters keep cavorting and hiding behind curtains (acting all obtuse), I'm focusing on my one-page/morning STROEMS (oh so inventive, I know; they're part story-part poem).

MY FIRST REVISION of July Moments in January

Feel free to critique away!!
Btw, I have to update our writing group meeting schedule. Done

Hi Dina. Like it MUCH better now :-) Feel the last sentence re. nuclear is unnecessary and diluting. Also feel the sentence re. fleches is confusing. Think Jenni should say, But this is not Sherwood Forest. Otherwise me like muchly. Also, thanks for the schedule

Thanks Jenni!
This little exercise of mine--now 4 months in--is starting to remind me of the year you wrote 1 poem/day - mine was meant to keep me focused on writing while my 3rd novel mocked me, but it seems to be taking on a life of its own.

I'm very inspired by the 'laugh, laugh, laugh & then I'm devastated' idea for structure. Definitely discovering that to strike that right chord in written comedy is challenging my 'humerus' bone.

And, I am very grateful for your feedback: THANK-YOU!!

PS If you know of any women who might relate to this idea, please feel free to pass on my name & contact info...
